500 Festival Princess Program
February 2016- February 2017
I was selected as one of 33 Princesses out of over 400 applicants in Indiana. In this role, I served as ambassador to the 500 Festival and the Indianapolis Motor Speedway for the 100th Running of the of the Indianapolis 500. I volunteered and impacted hundreds of Hoosier lives.

May 2016- May 2017
I served as Editor-in-Chief of the campus newspaper at Indiana University Kokomo. I hired and led staff members to produce 12 issues, distributed around campus and online.
Student Body President
May 2017-May 2018
I was elected by the student body at Indiana University Kokomo to serve as the President of the Student Government Association. In my role, I represented the student body in various capacities, which are outlined in further detail on the SGA page of this portfolio
Indiana University Alumni Association
June 2017- June 2018
I represented all students of Indiana University as the only student representative for the IUAA Board of Managers. This board manages the fiduciary responsibilities of the organization to ensure it is fulfilling its mission.

I served as a senator representing the Master of Arts in Communication, Technology, and Society program. I also served on the Academic Affairs Committee.

I was nominated by my peers to serve as the Secretary for the Communication Graduate Student Association. I took notes and made them publicly available after meetings on our CGSA website.

Indiana Commission for Higher Education & Credential Engine
May 2020-August 2020
Entered and reviewed Indiana public institution program data in the Credential Engine Indiana Registry software as part of a nationwide effort to increase credential transparency, serving as an Independent Contractor for Credential Engine. Presented analysis to state university representatives and staff members. Wrote website content to enhance transparency and usability of TransferIN.org.

Worked full-time for 10 weeks at Johnson & Johnson World Headquarters in New Brunswick, New Jersey. I worked on a team that directly supports J&J's CFO.

Worked full-time for 12 weeks during the summer internship program at the Indianapolis Finish Line Headquarters. Reported to the director of communications, and worked as a team member in corporate communications.

PGA TOUR
Communications and Media Development Intern

Participated in the 10-week internship program at the PGA TOUR Headquarters in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. Worked in the Communications and Media Development department. Created organization-wide emails, verified player social media accounts, packed media boxes for weekly tournaments, and researched and presented media coverage of THE PLAYERS Championship with another intern. Managed a team of web designers and re-wrote sections and tabs of the Shot Link Intelligence Prize on PGATOUR.com.
